Beef is part of a healthy, flavorful lifestyle. It's a powerful protein packed with ZIP- zinc, iron and protein. This nutrition powerhouse is a great centerpiece on any plate, and that is why we want to see Alabama's youth learn that at an early age.

Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) teachers across the state have adopted beef as a powerful protein perfect for any lesson, and we want to provide the resources to help make that lesson even more fun and effective.

The Beef Checkoff Program is proud to provide FACS teachers in Alabama with lesson plans that tell the pasture to plate story about our favorite protein, beef.
