ALABAMA CATTLEMEN'S FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS
It pays to be a member of the Alabama Cattlemen's Association. Apply for one of our many scholarships and join hundreds of other students in becoming an Alabama Cattlemen's Foundation scholarship recipient.
Alabama Cattlemen's Foundation scholarships are funded by the purchase of the "Cowboy" vanity car tag and by generous, private family donations. High school seniors are eligible for a chance to be awarded one of the following Alabama Cattlemen's Foundation Scholarships. Learn more about each scholarship below.

- Outstanding Junior Cattleman Scholarship
- Collegiate Equestrian & Rodeo Team Scholarship

- Ina E. Powell Memorial Scholarship
- Cecil Lane Family Scholarship
- John Williams Memorial Scholarship
- Butch & Lisa Smathers Scholarship
- Bob Ebert Memorial Scholarship
- White Fox Ranch Scholarship
Applications for 2027-2028 Alabama Cattlemen's Foundation scholarships open Sep. 1, 2026. Applications close Nov. 2, 2026. Applicants will learn of award or deference by March 1, 2027.
Scholarships will be awarded at the 2027 Alabama Cattlemen's Foundation Scholarship Banquet.
*Please note- if a student changes from attending a 4-year university to a 2-year university, they will be awarded a Tagged for Junior College Scholarship award amount of $500.
