This scholarship is awarded to a student who is currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university as a freshman, sophomore or junior and be a member of the Alabama Cattlemen's Association or parents/grandparents of the applicant must be current members of the Alabama Cattlemen's Association for the past two consecutive years. Student must hold a GPA of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate motivation to pursue employment or active involvement within their field of study, outside of that which is required for academic credit. Preference may be given to those pursuing a career in agriculture or related fields. A letter of recommendation from an industry leader should accompany this application.

Transcript is not required. The application must be submitted on or before November 5, 2023.
