The Alabama and Georgia Simmental Associations will be hosting a youth judging contest in conjunction with their annual field day on Saturday June 13, 2026, at Gibbs Farms in Ranburne, AL.

Register by Noon CST on Monday, June 1!

Check-In: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM

Contest Begins: 10:00 AM

This contest is open to youth aged 9-18 as of January 1, 2026. There will be a Junior Division for ages 9-13, and a Senior Division for ages 14-18.
Contestants can compete in teams of 3 or 4 individuals, with the top three overall scores comprising the team's total score. Contestants can also compete as individuals. There is no limit to the number of contestants from a county, chapter, or club.
The contest will consist of placings and questions only, no reasons. Universal Form A Scantrons will be used for both divisions. Contestants must have a #2 Pencil.
Lunch will be provided. There is no cost to enter the contest. Contestants will also receive a t-shirt.
