A four (4) session lecture series covering the basics of Beef Cattle Production in Alabama. Each session lasts two (2) hours with a different topic is covered each hour for a total of eight (8) hours of educational instruction. Topics are: Forages, Nutrition, Herd Health, Reproduction, Record Keeping, Environmental Stewardship, Economics and Meat Science.
