We Cordially invite you to the 2020 Bartow Fall Classic, at the Bartow County Saddle Club in Cartersville, GA, on Saturday, November 7, 2020. The show is a one-day format. Early arrivals may come in on Friday evening from 5:00‐9:00 PM. We ask that you let us know if you are going to be arriving Friday, so that we can make sure someone is onsite to let you in the gates. Check in is Saturday from 6:00‐9:00 AM. The show will begin at 10:00 AM with Welcoming Ceremonies with Showmanship following at 10:30 AM. We will have a Silent Auction running during the show as well.
Showmanship will start at 4th grade and go up.
After Showmanship, we will move into the Steer show (by weight). Our show will conclude with Heifer class (registered shown by age, commercial shown by weight).
Our show is open to all 4‐H and FFA junior livestock exhibitors in the state of Georgia and surrounding states.
All registered and commercial heifers must be born on or after January 1st, 2019 and all steers must be born on or after August 1st, 2019. There is no limit on the number of entries an exhibitor may enter, however, an exhibitor may have no more than two entries per class. Only Heifers and Steers will be exhibited.
Please note this is a “blow and go” only show.
Please have as much fitting done as possible before you arrive. Electricity cannot be guaranteed; if you have a generator, we recommend bringing it. Barn space is limited and most cattle will be tied to trailers during the show. The 2020‐2021 Georgia 4H and FFA Livestock Rules and Regulations are the minimum rules in effect for this show. A complete set of rules can be emailed at any request. You must have current health papers to show.
Entries are due (postmarked) by October 28th. Entry fees postmarked by October 28th will be $10.00 for Showmanship and $15.00 for each animal entry. Late entries will only be accepted up until Monday, November 2nd, however, entry fees will be $15.00 for Showmanship and $25.00 per animal entry.
We will be preselling T-shirts for $10.00. In order to guarantee size, we need T-shirt preorders by October 14th. There will be T-shirts available at the show, with limited size availability.
The Bartow County Saddle Club is located on Saddle Club Drive off of Bingham Road in Cartersville, GA 30120. Bingham Road is off of Burnt Hickory Road, just off of Highway 41/GA 3, north of Cartersville.
